Amazeng.ai

ECOTOP Solutions presents Amazeng.ai

Turn regular buildings into smart buildings.

Amazeng.ai integrates into the property management system and the door locks you already have, and takes your hotel from manual to smart and automated.

Preserve the infrastructure. Transform the experience.

The problem

Say goodbye to the physical key.

Amazeng.ai retires the plastic keycard. No more demagnetised cards, lost keys, queues at the desk for a re-cut, or gaps in the record of who could open what and when. Access becomes something your guest already carries.

A plain plastic access-key card hanging on a lanyard: the physical room key Amazeng retires.

Illustrative.

The solution

Amazeng creates the key and adds it to the wallet.

The booking arrives in the property management system and Amazeng.ai creates a digital key for that guest, that suite and that stay, then delivers it to the digital wallet on their phone and smartwatch. Room, spa and parking ride on one credential, and checkout expires it.

From manual to smart and automated

A booking becomes a digital key, assigned to the suite.

No plastic, no queue

The key is issued the moment the booking confirms — and leaves the desk behind.

Straight to the guest

Delivered to the phone and the watch before they arrive.

The whole hotel with its floors still separated, a glowing gold key and a blank identity card floating above the roofline where the plastic keycards used to be.

The operational problem

Physical keys and manual desks cost time, money and insight.

Queues at the desk, plastic keycards to cut and track, lost-card reissues, and no single view of a guest across a stay. Every figure shown on this page is illustrative until confirmed in a pilot.

Today vs. Amazeng

The same building, connected.

See a front-desk workflow the way it runs today, then the same workflow once Amazeng.ai connects the PMS and the locks. Actual workflows depend on your systems and pilot scope.

The guest journey

One digital key: book, verify, arrive, unlock, stay, check out, return.

A booking in the PMS starts a durable journey. Access is granted, time-bound and revocable; loyalty identity stays separate from the key.

Business value

Estimate the card spend and staff time you could release.

Explore potential card-spend reduction and staff time released, then validate the assumptions during your pilot. This is an estimate, not a guarantee.

What you spend on plastic keycards in a year, including replacements. Baseline spend already reflects your reuse patterns.

Not every stay consumes a new card; estimate the share you would no longer buy.

Guests who would use mobile access rather than a staff-assisted journey.

Integration story

Works behind adapters with the systems you run.

Locks, PMS, payments and parking each sit behind one internal contract, so Amazeng preserves your infrastructure instead of replacing it.

Events and future guests

One identity across rooms, event halls and return visits.

Event access and room access are separate grants under one guest identity, with consent kept distinct from access.

Trust and control

Access is a security object: time-bound, revocable and audited.

Every credential records who issued it, who revoked it, when and why. Our implementation plan uses Saudi-region core hosting; the pilot confirms data flows and provider requirements.

The pilot offer

Start with one property. Scale without rebuilding.

Tell us about your property. We will define the compatibility checks and pilot scope together. No fixed delivery time or zero-cost promise until scope is agreed.

  1. 1

    Property assessment

Confirm PMS, lock hardware and the guest workflow.

  2. 2

    First-key proof

Issue and test a credential, including wrong-room denial and expiry and revocation behaviour within the provider’s supported bounds.

  3. 3

    Measured rollout

Review the pilot results and agree the next properties and workflows.

Questions

Compatibility, offline access, and what a pilot involves.

Compatibility depends on the lock manufacturer, model, firmware and supported mobile-key service. We verify this before proposing a pilot.

Will we need to replace our current systems?

AMAZENG is intended to connect to existing systems. The assessment determines supported connections and any necessary hardware or software upgrades.

Will the digital key work with our locks?

Compatibility depends on the lock manufacturer, model, firmware and supported mobile-key service. We verify this before proposing a pilot.

Can guests use Apple Wallet or Google Wallet?

Wallet support depends on approved lock-provider and platform integrations. An app-based key may be the supported option; availability is confirmed during assessment.

What if a guest does not want to use an app?

Keep an appropriate staff-assisted or physical-key journey. The pilot should improve service without removing essential alternatives.

Does checkout instantly disable every offline lock?

Offline locks have provider-specific validity and update behavior. We test and document those limits rather than promising instant remote revocation.

Can one owner manage multiple hotels?

The product architecture supports an owner account with multiple hotel workspaces, scoped staff roles and portfolio oversight.

Can event attendees receive offers?

Yes, the intended workflow supports offers to attendees who separately opt into marketing. Event access does not require marketing consent.

How is pricing determined?

Pilot and rollout scope depend on properties, integrations and enabled services. Submit your requirements to discuss a suitable proposal.
